Manufacture, finishing and fitting
The modern machine park of Ritel comprises 12 injection moulding machines which have a locking force of 150kN to 1000kN. The company is in a position to manufacture high-precision plastic components with a weight of item of 0.02 g to 130 g.
Our broad standard range of knobs, industrial terminals and special accessories is also available at short term ex stock.
For various finishing processes and the fitting Ritel has got a well-equipped workshop with state-of-the-art machines. We offer the following finishing processes at our company:
- Hot stamping
- Roll on hot stamping
- Pad printing (multicoloured)
- Ultrasonic welding
- Machining
- Fitting
Ritel also undertakes finishing and fitting work for other companies.
